Refunds and Cancellations

• Cancellations before installation: 90% refund of advance payment
• Cancellations during installation: No refund of advance payment
• Defective products: Full replacement or repair within warranty period
• Service dissatisfaction: Resolved through our complaint process

Service Warranties

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Phoenix Info Solutions, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

Termination
